As a Reiki practitioner, I act as a conduit to run universal life force energy, through my hands to you.

The treatment itself is 55 minutes long. There will be a brief intro discussion beforehand and time for feedback after the session too. The entire experience is 75-90mins long. 

During a session, you will rest comfortably on a reiki bed, fully clothed, while my hands are placed just above your body in specific energy locations. I use a series of 12 to 15 different hand positions.

The length of time I leave my hands in each position is determined by the flow of energy through my hands at each location.
